Organic and homemade products are always highlighted!
You must taste the famous Aligot, accompanied by our local sausage and a good red wine.
Enjoy also the local cold meats and cheeses (‘pérails’, tomes or Bleu des Causses...) or the ‘farçous’.
Food lovers can savour local pastries such as the flaune, the fouace or the gâteau à la broche.
Finally, at the heart of a small village at the foot of the Combalou rock, through the underground maze, visit the maturing caves of the famous Roquefort cheese.
